Grace Chapel of Castle Rock is a church plant from a larger Denver metro church.  HADC was hired as a master planner for the overall proposed phased development of two buildings comprising nearly 50,000 SF of space with a 900 person sanctuary.  The first phase is the 8,500 SF building shown here.  It is designed on the principal that the final use would be for a full court recreation center.  Working backward to current needs, the building is currently built for a 299 person meeting area, six classrooms, offices, and fellowship area.  HADC also acted as field supervision and construction manager on this project.

 

This building is an 18’ eave metal building with exterior finish treatment.  With future build-out of other buildings, this building is intended for conversion to a full-court basketball and frontal office area recreation building.
